Fees
- $200 per class (25-35 minutes plus small group discussion questions)
- Travel costs
- I will drive up to 8 hours from Bentonville, AR for 40 cents a mile
- If you are more than 8 hours away, I will purchase a flight at a good rate and submit to you for reimbursement
- Meals - provided and/or reimbursed
- You can choose whether I stay in someone's home or a hotel
